In order to improve the accuracy of cross-border e-commerce fourth party logistics capability evaluation, an evaluation method based on improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive is proposed. Through analysis index e-commerce, model constructed empirical carried out. The FAHP a feasible effective method, has certain value popularization application.
